How the campaign works
A community-funded hardware pre-order
The model is similar to a reward-based crowdfunding campaign. A supporter pays the complete price of a future device before the final product exists. Once the campaign reaches sufficient support, Seeder begins the real hardware development process and later fulfils the confirmed pre-orders.

Development begins after 1,000 confirmed pre-orders or USD 100,000 in total gross project support.
Begin engineering
Seeder then starts detailed design, component selection, prototyping, testing, certification and production preparation.
Deliver in payment order
Completed devices will be shipped according to the order in which confirmed payments were received.
Public campaign targets
Either target starts development
The reservation target and the funding target are independent. Reaching either one is sufficient to begin hardware development. Voluntary donations count toward the financial target but do not create a right to receive hardware.

Seeder does not use an artificial countdown and does not currently promise a manufacturing or delivery date. A campaign review date and an interim progress threshold will be published before payments open. If the interim target is not reached, Seeder may review the campaign, change its conditions, continue it or cancel the hardware project.

Aggregate campaign statistics will be publicly available. Separate wallet addresses are planned for paid hardware pre-orders and voluntary donations. Public blockchain-explorer links will be added when the official wallets are published.

Voluntary contribution
Support the project without ordering hardware
Donations support the project and count toward the USD 100,000 gross support target. A donation is not a hardware order and provides no device, SDR token, discount, ownership right or other compensation.
Voluntary donations are non-refundable.
Donation payments will open on 1 September 2026 together with the official donation wallet addresses.
Campaign and refund principles
Clear rules before payment
No early voluntary refund
A supporter cannot request a voluntary refund before the campaign review and cancellation process defined in the final campaign terms.
Campaign review
A review date and interim target will be published before payments open. Seeder may later continue, modify or cancel the campaign based on its progress and current conditions.
Refund after project cancellation
If the hardware project is cancelled and a pre-order is eligible for refund, Seeder intends to return the same amount of BTC or USDT that was originally received.
Seeder covers refund fees
Seeder will cover the blockchain transaction fee when issuing an approved refund.
